Pulp Thickening
Designed for continuous dewatering of various kinds of pulp by entrainment between two porous fabrics (belts)
Pressing/Wet Lapping - Standard Line
Twin wire design press for high levels of production and consistency, and often used as the primary press in wet lapping applications.
Twin Wire Press that typically receives the pulp sheet produced by a preceding press and is utilized to both raise sheet consistency as well as increase production levels of the pulp line.
Pressing/Wet Lapping LT Line
Continuous dewatering of various kinds of industrial pulps and slurries by entrainment between two porous synthetic membranes (belts)
The thickened pulp sheet from a primary Twin Wire Press is transferred onto the bottom wire of the LTHDP SECONDARY PRESS unit, and is carried up and into a set of high pressure nips.
Cuts the Sheet And Creates Pulp Bales
The PRESS TECHNOLOGIES model CLB CUTTER LAYBOY unit is designed to handle the sheet discharged from the WTPP Twin Wire Press or HDP Secondary Press and cuts it to a pre-determined size for stacking into a bale or bales. The bales are then transferred onto a material handling system and subsequently removed for transport or storage.
Sludge Dewatering
The CM-7 Twin Wire Sludge Press has been used with great success in a wide variety of applications – from industrial and municipal waste water treatment to mining and food processing.
Designed to accomplish the continuous dewatering of various kinds of pulp and sludges by gravity drainage through a porous synthetic membrane (belt)
For the continuous dewatering of various kinds of digested sludges by entrainment between two porous synthetic membranes (belts).
